API Key

API keys let scripts call ActionEngine with the X-API-Key header. Each user has one key at a time. Generating a new one revokes the previous.

Privacy & Data Handling

Controls whether Taikun stores any of your operational data on our side. Used when your data-handling policy does not permit caching or persistence.

Cache mode

Cache mode (default)
  • SmartSheet / portal data fetched via API is cached in memory for ~30 minutes to keep responses fast.
  • Your questions, answers, and generated SQL are saved to thread history for follow-up questions and analytics.
  • Query traces are recorded for the analytics dashboard.
No-cache mode
  • Cached API data is dropped before every query — each question fetches fresh from your APIs.
  • Your questions, answers, and generated SQL are not saved on our side. No thread history.
  • Query traces are not recorded.
  • Follow-up questions (“yes, do that”) will not work across requests — each query is standalone.
  • Queries will be slower because we cannot reuse cached data.

Modules

Modules determine which parts of the platform are available on this deployment. The list below reflects what the runtime actually loaded — set by MODULES_ENABLED in the deployment's environment.

To change which modules are enabled, update MODULES_ENABLED and restart the runtime. The navigation will update automatically on the next page load.
